Under the auspices of YMCA Europe "Roots for Peace " project and cooperation with the Syrian Armenians Union, an initiative called "Rootsmade" is launched for our compatriots from war affected areas. In the framework of this initiative, a website and other platforms are designed to open up new prospectives in their lives, meanwhile adhering to their roots. This initiative doesn't refer to online shopping only. Each of our beneficiaries has its own story and we want to tell each of them, as it is vital for future generations not to miss those stories. Like their creators every handmade article has a history and it's important for the world heritage to keep the traditions of making those products.
